About Milan Swolfs
Milan Swolfs is a fine art portrait photographer from Antwerp, Belgium, renowned for his signature style inspired by Hollywood’s golden era. His portraits, marked by bold expressions and a delicate, glamorous touch, evoke the timeless charm of the 1920s and 1930s.
Starting his career capturing Europe’s top burlesque events, Milan has since evolved into a celebrated fine art photographer. An ambassador for Leica Camera, he has exclusively used Leica cameras since 2006 and has collaborated with Leica Camera AG on iconic lens launches, including the Thambar 90mm f2.2, Noctilux 50mm f1.2 and Steel Rim 35mm f1.4.
His work has been published in LFI, Medium Format Magazine, and Viewfinder, and his first solo exhibition, Light of Seduction, was held in Porto in 2022. From December 2024 to February 2025, he unveiled his latest exhibition, Echoes of Elegance: A Timeless Journey, at the Leica Store in Paris—a captivating tribute to vintage aesthetics where classic cars and timeless beauty meet.
